Cool Springs

Shop, Eat, Play

Fifteen minutes South of Nashville Via I-65 is the Cool Springs Commercial District. Primarily located in Franklin with a small northern portion in Brentwood, the Cool Springs area serves the communities of Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Thompson Station, Fairview, Nashville and more.

Bordered on the West by Mack C Hatcher Parkway, Carothers Parkway on the East, Liberty Pike on the South, and Moore's Lane on the North, Cool Springs is primarily located in Franklin; however, a northern section of Cool Springs falls within Brentwood City Limits. While most of the residential housing in Cool Springs is comprised of apartment homes, many of the most desirable Franklin and Brentwood addresses lie just outside of Cool Springs.

The Cool Springs Galleria mall opened in August 1991 and became the Cool Springs Commercial Development Center. Cool Springs is home to over 200 restaurants, one of the largest retail areas in the state, a wealth of premier office space, entertainment, automotive services, salons, spas, and medical facilities. Because of the educated population and ample resources, Nissan North America, Med Solutions, UBS, CKE Restaurants, and Mars Pet Corp. call Cool Springs home. Residents in the surrounding areas work, play, and shop in Cool Springs.

Located at the Cool Springs Galleria is every amenity one would desire in an American shopping mall. There is an Apple Store, Dillard's, Macy's, Build-a-Bear, and even an American Girl store complete with a salon to style your American Girl's Hair. After a shopping day, there is an extensive selection of dining right in the Cool Springs Galleria. Miller's Alehouse, Party Fowl, California Pizza Kitchen, Red Lobster, Bucca Di Beppo, Connor's Steak and Seafood, The Cheesecake Factory, and J Alexanders are a few of the many dining options available at the mall. Those looking for entertainment with their meal can head to AMC dine-in and feast on dinner and cocktails while watching the latest releases. For those looking for even more activities with their meal, head to Kings at the Cool Springs Galleria. Kings is a Bowling Alley, Restaurant, Bar, Billiards, and music venue. Visitors at Kings can have dinner, bowl, and finish the evening off with karaoke in the Whisky Room.

Cool Springs diners who want to venture away from the mall also have a bounty of dining options. Amerigo is a local Italian restaurant that takes pride in serving up dishes with locally sourced ingredients. Old Chicago and Carrabba's serve family-friendly Italian food in a casual atmosphere. The Rutledge and Bricktop's serve steak, seafood, and modern American cuisine. Tin Roof 2 and Brewhouse South both offer excellent pub food. Drake’s, a leveled-up sports bar, not only offers excellent pub food, but they also serve lovely craft cocktails and sushi. Cool Springs has so many restaurants that there is a restaurant for every preference. For those who prefer home cooked meals, Cool Springs has Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix, Costco and Kroger for groceries.

Cool Springs is a shopping hub for not only Williamson County but the surrounding counties. Cool Springs has almost every box retailer in the United States. It is home to Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam's, Home Depot, Lowes, Barnes and Noble, TJ Maxx, Dicks Sporting Goods, Academy Outdoors, Guitar Center, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and so much more.

Cool Springs is also an Automotive Hub for Middle Tennessee. Nearly every car manufacturer is represented with a dealership in Cool Springs. Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Infiniti, Lexus, CarMax, Global Motorsports, and Volkswagen are a few dealerships right in Cool Springs.

Cool Springs is home to a wealth of fitness facilities. Orange Theory Fitness, Hot Works, Title Boxing Club, D1 Training, and Row House call Cool Springs home. Cool Springs is also home to Lifetime Athletic Resort. This luxury lifestyle fitness club includes resort style pools, basketball, tennis, yoga, group fitness, childcare, a full-service salon and spa, and a restaurant.
