Lenox
Village

Lenox Village is a shining beacon of intelligent urban planning located in the southernmost corner of Davidson County. Designed with the intention of emulating small community living, Lenox Village offers the comfort and convenience of small-town life with the ease and access of a larger suburb. The Lenox Village development broke ground in 2001 as a collaboration between the city and several developers. The community was built in several stages over 20 years, creating various architectural styles. The homes in Lenox Village not only have access to shared green space, but many homes have private green space with either private yards, shared yards, balconies, or porches. Homes in Lenox Village start around 1,500 square feet and go up to approximately 3,500 square feet for single-family homes. Condominiums in Lenox Village begin around $275,000 and go up to about $600,000 for a single-family residence. 

 

Lenox Village is exceptionally walkable, with 5-foot-wide sidewalks lining many streets, making for a pleasant walk to the area's many restaurants. Umami is known for its Korean chicken wings and Asian fusion delicacies. Sushi-O-Sushi serves traditional Japanese food and hibachi. Lenox village residents can enjoy Mexican cuisine at El Sombrero and Blue Coast Burrito. Burger Republic serves gourmet burgers and craft cocktails. Lenox Village families have easy access to the Edmonson Pike Public Library's children's section and activities. Ten minutes away from Lenox Village is the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere is Middle Tennessee's Top paid attraction. The 180-acre facility is home to 6,230 individual animals and showcases 339 species.
