Nashville is the Capitol of Tennessee but to locals it’s known for being music city. With the highest concentration of music industry professionals of any area in America it’s easy to find music everywhere you turn. Nashville is also a healthcare and tech hub. With more than 2 million people currently calling Nashville home and over 80 residents moving to Nashville Daily it’s no surprise that tech giants like Oracle and Amazon are making Nashville a hub.

While Nashville is known for music, the city is also great for sports lovers, boasting an NFL Team, NHL Team, and SEC Basketball. Nashville also has 108 parks and 19 greenways spread over 12,000 acres of open space.

Nashville’s growing culinary and cultural scene offer many of the features of a larger city with the vibe of a small town. One of the most unique aspects of Nashville is how quickly the Neighborhoods change. Are you interested in a walkable area? Check out the gulch or Hillsboro Village. Does green space make you happy? Check out Bellevue! Are you picturing more of a suburban oasis with a quick commute? Look no further than Brentwood. Do you want to live amongst southern history? Check out downtown Franklin.

Here at Music City Nest I will be featuring some of my favorite Neighborhoods! Do you need help finding the perfect neighborhood? Contact me today!
